The Tillage is a small private property development located on the outskirts of Goulburn, NSW. Icon Visual Marketing was appointed to develop the marketing strategy and brand for the development.
Strategy
Market research and internal stakeholder workshops helped defined the local target market and what was important to them. The brand positioning The Tillage – Your Home, Hand Made, created by Icon was inspired by the consumer insight that as a rural centre, the people of Goulburn are still its most important asset and as such a valuable resource that the economy draws upon.
Solution
Icon created a unique visual style for The Tillage that leant upon its regional location while appealing to the mainly local target audience through language and placement. The video created told the story of the connection to the land, the stunning scenery of the region and the promise that comes with a new home.
