Starting in 2003 in a lounge room far far away, outside Sydney, Joe Papadatos had a dream to start an agency outside of the big smoke. "A agency outside of the city? You're dreaming!"

Little did they (or us!) know Icon would grow to have over 40 staff in 2020, helping Australian businesses, councils and individuals navigate an ever changing landscape.
