Icon Visual Marketing was tasked with launching Avante with a new brand identity from scratch that stood for the high quality that the apartments were being developed to. The brand positioning Avante: One who is Ahead, created by Icon was inspired by the fact that this is a unique development to the Illawarra, standing at the highest point of the region.


Solution

Icon created a unique visual language throughout all Avante touch-points including brochure, press advertising, signage, website and online banners to reflect the positioning including the key statement ‘One who is ahead’. Breaking out of the traditional mould of a sales video, Icon created a unique piece highlighting the close proximity of Avante to all the local attractions.

Icon achieved great PR for Avante with 3 ½ minute segment on prime time local news.

In the first week over 30% of the available apartments were sold, a great result for everyone involved.
